2. Promotion Overview
The Golden Oak Giveaway is a free prize draw open to everyone, regardless of whether they have previously purchased from, subscribed to, or received any products from the Tawny Owl Wood website.

Entry into the Promotion is obtained either:
by receiving a Golden Oak Ticket, which may be distributed at random within mailings issued by Tawny Owl Wood.
Receipt of a Tawny Owl Wood Newsletters or Mail Club letter is not required to enter or win.
Each valid order and free application constitutes one entry into the relevant monthly draw. Tickets are distributed at random during fulfilment processes. No additional action is required for ticket holders to be entered.
This Promotion is a free prize draw. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase or subscription does not increase the chances of winning in any way. All entry routes are treated equally.

The Golden Oak Giveaway is a goodwill initiative intended to share a small moment of joy and creativity. It is not a skill-based or purchase-linked competition.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs on a monthly basis, with each month treated as a separate draw period. Entry cut-off dates correspond to the monthly fulfilment schedule determined by Tawny Owl Wood.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
There are two equal methods of entry:
A. Random Inclusion Entry
A Golden Oak Ticket may be included at random within mailings issued by the the Tawny Owl Wood Mail Club. Anyone who places an order, for any products in store, or applies through the free postal entry method automatically becomes an entrant into the relevant monthly draw.
Only one entry per person per month is permitted, regardless of entry method. This entry limit applies equally to all entry methods.

5. Prize
The prize is a Tawny Owl Wod Prize Bundle, which is shown in detail every month on the social media channels, and a in depth description with photos available upon request.
They will always include:
art prints or stickers
small crafted items
other surprise items from the Tawny Owl Wood collection
Approximate retail value: £50
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection
Winners are determined by possession of a valid Golden Oak Ticket or valid postal entry.
All entries are treated equally and have an equal chance of winning regardless of entry method.
Each month is conducted as a separate independent draw period.

7. Claiming the Prize
Winners must contact me at info@tawnyowlwood.co.uk or on social media channels within 30 days of the end of the relevant Promotion Period or notification (whichever occurs later)
Proof of winning is required (e.g. photograph of golden oak leaf)
Failure to claim within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize

8. Delivery of Prize
Prizes will be dispatched after valid claim verification.
Tawny Owl Wood is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once items have been posted.

9. Eligibility
Open worldwide unless restricted by local law
Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
No purchase, subscription, or prior engagement is required to participate
